Bea is our acupuncture specialist, she qualified from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and has a Licentiate in Acupuncture and a First-Class honours degree (BSc) in Traditional Acupuncture accredited by Portsmouth University and validated by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board.
As a member of the British Acupuncture Council Bea is bound by their code of safety and ethics and she carries full professional indemnity and public liability insurance cover. Traditional acupuncture is a holistic therapy that works to balance mind, body and spirit and Bea passionately believes that a person’s state of well-being is best viewed from a holistic perspective.
Acupuncture has been used to stimulate the body’s own healing response for over 2000 years and is becoming increasingly popular with more people finding this long-established therapy to be a valuable aid in improving their health. Bea has a wealth of experience in treating muscular disorders, particularly chronic disorders that are complicated with other health issues. Bea has an interest is women’s health, specialising in menstrual irregularities, fertility, pregnancy and menopause.
