Judy qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2003 and began working at The Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, North London. Here she developed her skills and clinical knowledge, including rotations in Women’s Health and Orthopaedics at a senior level. Judy specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, treating injuries and conditions which affects the muscles, joints and soft tissues. She is a member of AACP and uses acupuncture both in the treatment of MSK and Women's Heatlh conditions.
In the area of women’s health physiotherapy, Judy managed a busy outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynaecology caseload where she experienced the hugely beneficial effects of timely physiotherapy in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain and pelvic floor issues in the antenatal and postnatal population and for women at all stages of life.
Since leaving the NHS in 2016 Judy has continued to practice MSK and Women's Health Physiotherapy privately. At Hertford Physiotherapy alongside her MSK work she estabilished a popular Women's Health service which has since moved to the Physiotherapy Clinic.
Judy is an Affiliate Member of POGP, the special interest group for Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy and has completed the following specialist training including:

Judy is a Certified Mummy MOT practitioner.
Alongside her Physiotherapy experience Judy has also completed her Modified Pilates Matwork Instructor qualification and teaches general Matwork Pilates, ante-natal and post-natal Pilates at a Rehabilitation studio in Welwyn Garden City.
