Diana had always been interested in movement any physiology, so she decided to quit her job in recruitment to pursue a more fulfilling career where she could make a difference to people’s lives.
Since qualifying as a physiotherapist in 1997 she has developed her skills working as a Senior Physiotherapist in Musculoskeletal Outpatients and gaining further qualifications in Acupuncture and Pilates.
By attending many post graduate training courses Diana has become an expert at treating chronic pain and post injury rehabilitation, she uses a combination of therapies to help people get back to exercise and gain control over stubborn pain. As an AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists) member Diana finds it very useful to incorporate acupuncture into her combination of therapies to treat many painful musculoskeletal conditions.
Diana’s favourite form of exercise is a combination of Pilates and yoga, she is a Matwork instructor and frequently includes Pilates exercises in her treatments as well as personally taking part in weekly classes, she believes Pilates is a great way to stay strong and flexible.
